ZODIAC COMPATIBILITY IN THE WORKPLACE
This year I assisted with planning a huge event to celebrate Lunar New Year. In my research, I found this great website that breaks down all of the different zodiac signs (everything from the Chinese Zodiac which I studied quite religiously in preparing for the Year of the Monkey!) and the zodiac signs we know and love in the West.
Here’s the rub: I know skeptics out there see zodiac signs as pointless hoo-hah. I’m not saying you have to completely live your life according to the zodiac signs and you should DEFINITELY stay away from any unfavorable sign. The point here is that your zodiac sign is actually a very important part of what makes you you, and because of that, you may find answers to questions you never knew how to ask. We are influenced by where we come from, when we are born, our genetics, and the way we were raised. It’s the classic nature vs. nurture debate, and I say it’s all of these things combined with the zodiac.
Keeping that in mind, I was a bit curious to see how the signs matched up between the 3 f’s in my life: family, friends, and fiancé, of course. I’m a Cancer (emotional, caring) and my fiancé is a Scorpio (loyal, resourceful) – it’s no wonder that we can get along so well emotionally and perhaps overwhelm each other emotionally, too!
It may be interesting for you to take a look and see how you and your loved ones match up with, or against, one another. I find it a great (or at least fun) tool to use to see how the stars may align to affect you in your career. I am an absolute Cancer to the bone – I am empathetic, giving, and at times crabby.
